If you are booking for any other event not mentioned here, kindly inquire about their prices. The booking method is mostly the same.

Planetarium Shows Booking information
Provide the following details:
Your name
The number of people (adults and kids)
Time and day

Payment is to be done after confirming that the shows are available for booking
Mpesa payment to the till number 5324773
Share the Mpesa message for booking confirmation
NOTE: Make the payment within 30mins of confirming booking availability

Monthly Star Safari at Bunduz camp, Booking information
Provide the following details:
Your Name
The number of people (adults/ above 12 years, and kids)
Star Safari date
Booking for tents?
Booking for food?

Payment is to be done after confirming that the events are available for booking
Mpesa payment to the till number 5324773
Booking is 50% payment. (On the day before or the day of the event, it is 100% payment)

NOTE: Make the payment within 30mins of confirming booking availability

Refund Policy
Refunds are 90% of the original payment at any time. From two days before the event booked for, the refund goes to 50% of the original payment. However, you can transfer your booking to another date or another person without extra cost.

Weather Policy
Our stargazing experiences are subject to weather conditions. In case of cloudy skies or rain, we will still proceed with alternative astronomy-related activities such as telescope demonstrations, presentations, or discussions. As our services, staff, and venue are booked in advance, payments are non-refundable. However, if extreme weather conditions (such as storms) make it unsafe to proceed, we will offer rescheduling options where possible.
